HAIR PREPARATIONS Be sure your hair is washed & THROUGHLY BLOW DRIED! TANGLE FREE AVOID OILS & GREASE! ABSOLUTELY NO PRODUCTS. Failed to do so you will be asked to RESCHEDULE ! NO EXCEPTIONS NO PIXIES/blunt cuts; hair must be 4” all around to be braided PAYMENTS A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $30 is required when booking your appt. REMAINING BALANCES ARE CASH ONLY! (EXACT CHANGE) NO ELECTRONIC FORMS FOR PAYMENTS. Late Arrival Please arrive ON TIME A 10 MINUTE grace period will be given, after 10 minutes the appt will be cancelled. NO REFUNDS Cancellations/Rescheduling A 48hr notice is required prior to your cancellation or rescheduling of any service You may reschedule ONCE within a 2 week time frame with the same deposit No reoccurring rescheduling AT ALL Please make sure you reach out directly & immediately if you are running late,need to cancel or reschedule. No/shows/same day cancellations in general with no reschedule you will be charged full amount of service & blocked from booking.
